Well, what can I say? Yet another fabulous stay at Thirley Cotes (this is our third). We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Willow cottage, absolutely fantastic, everything you need and more. Looking forward to our next stay here.

Four ladies had a lovely relaxing stay here. Everything was perfect. Cottage very clean and surroundings amazing. Hot tub was a bonus and a nice chill out for a few days.

Had a wonderful stay at Oak Cottage. Lovely welcome pack it felt like home from home. Loved the peace and quiet, so tranquil and relaxing. Beds were comfy, open plan area was ideal for us. Great base for long walks to various places. Hot tub was amazing, already planning on our return next year. Thanks.

A wonderful weeks stay. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and had some great days out to Whitby, York, Robin Hoods Bay, Pickering and Malton. The Tap Bar at Whitby Abbey was a great find.

Everything was wonderful. The only one problem – we had to go back home!!

We loved every minute of our Christmas holiday. Just the break needed. This cottage is amazing. Everything you ever need is here! The welcome hamper was such a surprise. Thank you so much.

We’ve had a wonderful week. Mulberry Cottage has been a delight and we shall return. The staff are so accommodating and extremely pleasant. The views from the hot tub are lush! Thank you for everything. Christmas tree and decorations were fabulous.

The Farmhouse is an amazing property with everything we needed. The cleanliness is a very high five star standard (it was immaculate). Views are stunning and staff amazing!! We will definitely be back. Thank you.

We all had a really nice time for my Grandad’s 60th birthday! Enjoyed the hot tub and playing in the park. The cottage is nice and big and close to the seaside. Our dogs Toffee and Bramble had loads of fun too. Thank you!

What a wonderful retreat! Very relaxing and beautiful surroundings. Thanks for the welcome pack. There is a nice mile walk from the church about 8 miles (a bit wet so go wrapped up).

Good holiday in a comfortable cottage. Visited Whitby, Scarborough and Hartlepool – all free parking. Trenchers in Whitby highly recommended for seafood.

Perfect stay for Jim’s 50th. Absolutely loved it. Cottage wonderful, clean and everything to hand with the added bonus of a hot tub. What a wonderful cottage our age group was 7 to 70 and everyone enjoyed their Christmas in this idyllic place. We would all love to come back. Thank you to all the brilliant staff.

A wonderful Cottage with perfect views. We felt like we were in the Home Alone House! Kids were entertained with the games room and the kitchen had everything you could think of. The hot tub was wonderful.

The Cottage itself is delightful, the internal decor has been well thought out. Having access to a paddock and small woodland is an added bonus for our dogs. This has been our first visit but we shall return.

Great to have the field and woodland for our Beagle who ran to the gate every morning for his ramble through the woods. Lovely stay.

Brilliant Cottage-Brilliant Location. Ideal for seeing and exploring the Yorkshire coast and countryside. The small forest across the field was great for our dog. The welcome pack was outstanding.

Farmhouse and Cottages couldn’t be improved upon A1. All cottages totally accommodated. Found so many things to do in the area both breath-taking and interesting. Garden beautiful, views splendid and the peace greatly appreciated. Loved the history and renovation of the whole complex- done with style and top standards.

What a wonderful, peaceful place to stay. The views are stunning and everything about the Farmhouse is first class. We have had such a brilliant week with family and friends celebrating a ‘Big Birthday’.

A wonderful relaxing week away. Night time star gazing in the hot tub with a Baileys after a long day exploring was perfection. Beautiful Cottage in a beautiful setting. Friendly staff to help when needed. Was surprised by the snow and loved our winter wonderful walks with wine by the fire to warm up after. This is our second visit to Holly Cottage. We visited back in Nov 2019. Such a wonderful place to unwind and relax. Everything is perfect for the three of us. So sad to be leaving but I am sure we will be back again.

Have stayed in Willow before, but lovely to see it newly decorated, it looks great! Lottie has loved the amenity field! Welcome pack appreciated too, cant wait to return.
